RCS is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing analyzing and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in McLean VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations
• Design and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests
• Mentor new targeters on projects/workflows/tools
• Test new solutions to meet targeting needs
• Design new tools data scientists build for targeters

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• 6 years of experience across technical competencies such as: analysis network engineering network security vulnerability assessment technical collection penetration testing red teaming hardware engineering software reverse engineering cyber operations and/or computer exploitation
• Demonstrated ability to generate tech targeting leads with experience in AI/ML High Processing Computing and Semiconductors

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience across technical competencies (analysis; network engineering; network security; vulnerability assessment; technical collection; penetration testing; red teaming).
• Experience across multiple INTs; demonstrated knowledge of microelectronics and semiconductors; foreign language proficiency in speaking reading and/or listening.
