Job Overview
The Senior Retail Store Manager will lead all aspects of store operations at our Karur location ensuring efficient management strong sales performance and excellent customer service across all retail functions. This is a full-time senior-level role requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in store management with significant hands-on responsibility for overall operational efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Strong retail sales acumen with an ability to strategize and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record in shrinkage control implementing effective loss prevention policies and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize losses.
- Experience in P&L management including budget planning cost control and in-depth financial reporting to optimize profitability.
- Exceptional team leadership abilities with experience recruiting training motivating and managing diverse store teams for peak performance.
- Thorough understanding of store operations process optimization visual merchandising and supply chain management for a seamless in-store experience.
