Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst

Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose:
Own financial analysis and reporting that supports profitability review budgeting discipline and investor communication across the company.
Success Outcomes:
- Profitability models accurately reflect business unit performance and support decision-making.
- Investor materials (pitch decks and reports) are timely accurate and decision-ready.
- Budget tracking and period-end reporting meet agreed internal standards.
- Cash-flow visibility is maintained and actively supports financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to assess business unit and group-level profitability.
- Coordinate with the management team and current or potential investors to prepare pitch decks and periodic investor reports.
- Participate in annual and periodic budgeting processes for individual business units and the group.
- Prepare review and validate period-end financial data received from accountants to produce regular management reports.
- Ensure payment records are accurate compliant and remain within approved budgets.

Monitor and update cash-flow positions on a monthly basis.
- Support the Finance Manager in initiatives to optimize cash-flow management and financial controls.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline (required).
Professional Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance accounting FP&A or related roles (required).
- Experience working with budgeting financial reporting and profitability analysis (required).
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel (required).

Proficiency in Power BI and VBA (preferred / nice-to-have).

Experience using financial or work-management systems such as Oracle SAP Base or 1Office (advantage / nice-to-have).
Knowledge Domain

Financial modeling and profitability analysis (required).

Budgeting and cash-flow management (required).

Investor reporting and management communication (required).
