Attività principali:
- Emettere e/o aggiornare SOP deviazioni Technical Report relativi alla propria area di appartenenza.
- Fornire supporto al supervisore per la definizione dei piani di manutenzione.
- Organizzare e gestire le attività di manutenzione (eseguite sia da personale esterno che interno) verificarne la corretta esecuzione e compilare la documentazione relativa.
- Gestire il Maintenance Master Plan.
- Essere abilitato a entrare nellarea classificata per le attività di manutenzione.
- Verificare lo stato delle utilities sia su SCADA che visivamente in centrale/al punto di utenza.
- Gestire lapprovvigionamento delle utilities con la relativa messa in servizio e la gestione dei certificati consegnati.
- Gestire manutenzione impianti di condizionamento e acqua purificata.
- Gestire le attività di sanitizzazione dellimpianto PW del sito di Bresso.
- Integrare/Supportare le restanti aree di Engineering Services su richiesta del supervisore coerentemente con il proprio piano di addestramento.
- Gestire le attività di qualifica/riqualifica di sistemi/equipment specifici darea.
- Identificazione fisica di impianti/sistemi/equipment (generazione logbook item cespite).
Requisiti:
- Diploma tecnico
- Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 2 anni preferibilmente in sito produttivo farmaceutico
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office
