The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (Degree or equivalent in Education) with successful experience in either a special or mainstream school. You will be able to plan and deliver a broad differentiated curriculum using a range of teaching strategies while leading a class team effectively. Strong communication skills an understanding of child development and a commitment to supporting pupils with complex needs are essential. Experience in SLD/PMLD settings and additional qualifications in Special Education are desirable.
