Manufacturing Production Operator Gainesville TX $18.00/hr

Staffing is currently seeking motivated individuals to join a premier production facility in Gainesville as Downstream Operators. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering a stable schedule a team-oriented environment and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire.
Position Overview
In this role you will be a vital part of the production process ensuring that finished industrial conduit reels are properly finished labeled and prepared for shipment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy active hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Pay Rate:$18.00 / hour (Firm)
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 3rd Shift (Fixed Schedules)
Location: Gainesville TX
Key Responsibilities
Finishing Tasks: Use specialized hand tools and measuring devices to cut tie off and cap product once reels are complete.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate pneumatic strapping tools chains slings hooks and microprocessor keyboards.
Quality & Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for inventory tracking and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product standards.
Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to all industrial safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6 months of manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods bend twist reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to seasonal heat and cold.
Reliability: This facility maintains a strict attendance policy during the probationary period.
Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots are required on Day 1. All other PPE will be provided.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
