What Youll Be Doing
- Assist with sampling and testing aggregates to ensure quality standards
- Support daily production activities and monitor material flow
- Collect and analyze data for operational improvements
- Collaborate with plant and quality teams on special projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance
What Are We Looking For
- Strong interest in construction materials and aggregate production
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
Work Environment
This role involves working in both office and outdoor settings including active aggregate production sites. Candidates should be comfortable with varying weather conditions and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
