This job plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with independent and affiliated healthcare providers. The focus will be on promoting understanding and providing solutions cultivating robust partnerships with local healthcare providers within a defined geography.

Education

Required - Bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare or related.

Work Experience

Required - 3 years of experience in business sales marketing account or project management healthcare or related.

Preferred - Experience in relationship-based sales other healthcare-related sales or experience in clinical settings.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and initiative excelling in both collaborative team efforts and independent results-driven contributions.

  • Experience navigating ambiguous situations project management and executing on impactful growth plans.

  • Proven track record of success in sales environments with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets.

  • Proficient in navigating and interpreting data for analysis.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

Job Duties

  • Develops and nurtures deep relationships with local healthcare providers within a defined geography.

  • Shares insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to contribute to the development of appropriate solutions and responses to provider needs.

  • Collaborates with leaders and operational partners to prioritize and refine growth initiatives and outreach strategies.

  • Engages in problem-solving addressing issues that may arise with healthcare providers escalating when necessary to leadership.

  • Supports the execution of relevant educational needs collaborating with clinical leaders as needed to engage healthcare providers.

  • Engages in field activities and client interactions.

  • Documents outreach and activities in Salesforce.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
