The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Performance team as a Organization and Workforce Manager where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce talent and mobility strategies. You will be instrumental in future-proofing our operations through the design development and influence on operating models and continuous change. As a trusted advisor you will develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business and functional strategy to meet business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding workforce requirements to design organizations at the operating model and organization design level to achieve strategic intent.
Key Responsibilities
Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. Youll lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. Youll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organizations strategy to how the organizations structure can allow for more agile ways of working.
