be the face of Ruby Works at industry events networking meet-ups and community gatherings
plan and execute sales campaigns hand in hand with Marketing supporting pre-openings with smart mailings and follow-ups
own the full sales journey from first contact and tours to negotiations contracts and move-in
build grow and negotiate partnerships while nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients
shape the local sales strategy through market insights cross- and upselling initiatives and clear consistent reporting

work independently and responsibly and confident in using the current MS Office programs
