What Youll Be Doing
Provide vision and strategies to maximize alternative fuels and raw materials supporting CO₂ roadmap targets.
Develop and implement sourcing treatment and delivery strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
Assess economical supply chains and competitive waste treatment options including Waste-to-Energy systems.
Build strong relationships with vendors contractors supply chain actors and regulatory agencies.
Manage permitting constraints market development and contracting in coordination with Procurement teams.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Economics Business or related field; 5 years in alternative fuels or recycling management.
Strong knowledge of sourcing usage and techno-economic evaluations; understanding of cement processes and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication negotiation leadership and team-building skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing situations.
Ability to address public meetings communicate critical issues and willingness to travel frequently.
Work Environment
This role involves collaboration across multiple teams and external partners with frequent travel required. The position is based in a fast-paced industrial setting where adaptability and proactive engagement are key to success.
