- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail ensuring events are managed seamlessly from enquiry to delivery
- The ability to prioritise and thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple events at once

- Previous experience in conference & events sales hospitality or hotels (preferred but not essential)

Are you a natural relationshipbuilder with a passion for creating memorable events and driving commercial success Were looking for a Conference & Events Sales Executive who thrives on momentum energy and results to help maximise revenue and elevate the guest experience.
In this fastpaced role youll be at the heart of our conferences and events businessconverting enquiries into confirmed bookings identifying new opportunities and building lasting partnerships with clients who return again and again.
What youll be doing
As a Conference & Events Sales Executive youll play a key role in growing our events portfolio and ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to execution. Youll be responsible for:
- Converting incoming conference and events enquiries into confirmed business consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue yield and conversion across all event enquiries
- Managing the events diary to optimise space timing and revenue outcomes
- Applying a confident and consistent upselling approach to maximise value for both the client and the business
- Building strong trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to suit
- Hosting hotel site inspections and show rounds to showcase our spaces and capabilities
- Coordinating the endtoend administration and seamless execution of events ensuring every detail is covered
- Supporting and participating in hotel promotional activities and sales initiatives
