Concept Scaffold is a growing and well-established scaffolding company and were currently looking for a reliable and motivated Scaffolding Labourer to join our team with the potential to move into roofing handrail installation and light-duty two-plank scaffolding duties over time.

Were looking for someone who wants to grow and develop within the company. If you enjoy working outdoors arent afraid of hard work and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

Assisting with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding

Loading and unloading materials and equipment

Assisting with roofing handrail installation as trained

Working alongside experienced scaffolders on residential sites

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

Following all safety procedures and site requirements

What Were Looking For:

Drivers Licence (essential)

White Card (essential)

Basic construction or labouring experience preferred (not essential)

Scaffolding ticket an advantage or willingness to obtain

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Reliable punctual and able to work as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits:

$30 $35 per hour depending on experience (open to negotiation)
