As a Change Manager you will play a critical role in enabling operational transformation by leading and governing change across the delivery network. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how change is designed communicated and implemented ensuring consistency compliance and positive associate experience.
The Change Manager will lead the end-to-end change management lifecycle supporting the design deployment and continuous improvement of programs that impact operations. You will own the standardization of processes support site-level execution of global and regional initiatives and drive mechanisms that surface best practices and close gaps to benchmark. Working closely with stakeholders across Egypt AMET and WW you will help enable scalable solutions that improve productivity quality and customer outcomes.
Reporting to site and functional leadership this role requires strong ownership the ability to influence across functions and a passion for operational excellence. The position supports multiple sites within the region with regular local travel and occasional domestic travel as needed.
Key job responsibilities
Act as the sites Change Guardian maintaining a holistic view of the overall change load impacting operations.
Coordinate delivery station improvement activities including task documentation reporting and communication of changes.
Lead the end-to-end change management process including engagement and resolution of change catalysts.
Be an integral part of AMZLs end-to-end change management process and play a critical role in the successful execution of operational change.
Drive Point of Improvement (POi) objectives at the station. Embed POi locally as a mechanism to close gaps to benchmark and surface ideas for new ways of working.
A day in the life
You will work on one of our sites ensuring it operates as productively as possible. Your primary responsibility will be full governance of ongoing site changes and compliance. You will ensure the site understands accepts and implements all changes originating from global and EU initiatives and you will be responsible for progress audits. You will report to the Site Manager and functionally to ACES for change-related matters.
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field
