1. Responsible for providing timely and accurate principal interest and fee invoices which can often involve complex calculations and require intermediate to advanced accounting and product knowledge.
2. Timely and accurate processing of all loan and letter of credit activity for assigned portfolio including execution of payments (advances principal interest fees etc.).
3. Analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards.
4. Serve as liaison between Borrower and Lenders. Able to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Interact daily with internal and external clients. Frequent communication with executive level clients; CFOs Treasury Directors CEOs etc.
6. Apply product and system expertise and think creatively to address nuanced non-routine problems.
7. Partner with Portfolio Management for coordination & posting of Financials and Compliance documents to SyndTrak and monitor/update any required changes to applicable margins.
8. Reconcile control reports and engage leadership daily on Key Risk Indicators.
9. Generate reports/collate data for internal and external business partners to be used for amendment voting Borrower and Lender audits accrual/payment history etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
2. Extremely detail oriented with a proven track record of accuracy.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Extensive knowledge of complex lending systems such as: AFS Vision Loan IQ SyndTrak ClearPar Loan IQ reporting tools / IBM Cognos etc.
5. Able to multi-task prioritize and operate successfully in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
6. Able to navigate and interpret complex legal documentation.
7. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
*** Position location is open to office locations within Truists footprint.
If located in a Truist hub city location the work style will be: In Office (5 days/week)
Preferred Qualifications:
9. 2 years work experience in a client-facing role supporting syndicated loan operations.
10. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the syndicated loan market.
11. 2 years relevant work experience within Loan IQ.
