Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents debtors official committees acquirers and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the addition the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred.
