Technology Architecture Solution Architecture Manager
The opportunity

As a Manager in Solution Architecture you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes offering recommendations that propel the business forward.
Your key responsibilities
In this role you will focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
Exercising judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Skills and attributes for success
To excel as a Manager in Solution Architecture you will need a robust set of technical and business skills. Your success will be driven by your proficiency in:
Excellentoral and written communication skills comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels
Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and establish an understanding of business processeswith the client
Willingness to participatein the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs
Ability to lead the solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform
Demonstratable knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements including development of proof-of-concept scenarios as necessary.
Ability to identify potential risks (people and technology) develop plans for mitigation and support the change management efforts.

To qualify for the role you must have
A Bachelors degree required (4-year degree)
Typically no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing Salesforcewith teams of 5 or more people and have hands-on experience with configuration and customizations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience on enterprise projects
Minimum of 3 years of experience giving direction to team members developing with platform programming in Apex Lightning Web Components and SOQL
Minimum of 5 years of experience with platform out-of-the-box functionality including best practices regarding security and automation
Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
Salesforce Administrator certification
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Demonstratable familiarity and hands-on experience with relational database concepts
Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
Willingness to travel based on client needs
Ideally youll also have
Degree emphasis in Computer Science IT Computer Engineering MIS Mathematics desired; Masters degree in one of these areas preferred
Salesforce Application Architect Certification
Salesforce System Architect Certification
One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant
Trailhead Ranger Rank
Agentblazor Innovator Rank
Previous experience leading offshore or nearshore development teams is a plus

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139100 to $254900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $166900 to $289700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
