Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care completing documentation accurately and on time and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary by partner practice but opportunities may include:

• Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Managing an active caseload
• Participating in consultation supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhering to ethical standards licensing requirements and practice policies

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Required Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) LCSW LMSW LMFT LPC or LPCC license in the applicable state
• Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific populations (children adolescents couples trauma etc.)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
