Responsibilities:

• Develop a working team culture that emphasizes individual strengths by aligning team member skills with roles and responsibilities that are valued and contribute to overall team success.
• Develop and grow relationships with key internal and external partners to make sure the technology transfer and development are consistent with Micron goals and priorities.
• Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment ensuring transfer goals are achieved.
• Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules divisions OCT and R&D engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans including SOPs Manuals Equipment Performance Business Processes and BKMs.
• Coach mentor empower and supervise team members.
  

Education and Experience:

• Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering Engineering Management Productions & Operations Management or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years experience in Diffusion or Implant .
• At least 1 year above experience as a people lead.
• Shown ability to partner effectively with other groups (site network global) and build strong peer relationships.
• Ability to empower and challenge teams to improve the efficiency of the organization.
• Excellent written verbal presentation and communication skills to optimally communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Strong critical thinking prioritization and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic direction.
