Responsibilities Include
- Setting up calibrating and operating heavy industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring equipment performance and performing basic troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed.
- Conducting regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict specifications.
- Maintaining accurate logs of output downtime and material usage.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule preventive upkeep.
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace to adhere to 5S and safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an industrial or mechanical environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical blueprints or schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a major plus.
Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills. $23/hr
