Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Support Worker in Ann Arbor MI. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality support to our clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping duties and errands as needed.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
- Two forms of valid ids
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Ann Arbor MI.
- Must be able to pass background checks and comply with all company policies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings and weekends as needed.
