Position Details:

• Employment: Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed); a Duke Lifepoint Hospital

• Expectations: In office careconsistof 20-25 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month. Traditional model includes outpatient clinic newborn nursery minimalinpatientand delivery care

• Current Practice Structure: Physicians APPs clerical staff LPNs Lactation Consultant Office Manager

• Schedule: Standard office hours with flexible day options to extend hours for 4-5 days per week. Shared call10 daysminimum with one weekend per month

• Location: Officelocatedless than a mile from hospital. Service area includes Galax and surrounding counties

• Equipment and Services: In office lab for rapid test and CBCs Lactation Consulting

• Accolades and Accreditations: Rural Health Clinic
