Job Description

6-Month contract with the possibility of extension

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable web applications from end to end from front-end interfaces to backend APIs and databases. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React and and leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate high-quality software delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy full stack applications integrating responsive front-end interfaces with robust backend services.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring scalability and high performance.
Develop user interfaces using React (or similar modern frameworks) ensuring seamless user experiences and accessibility.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code across the stack following best practices and coding standards.
Integrate and optimize AI-assisted coding workflows (e.g. Claude Code GitHub Copilot Replit AI) throughout the software lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to testing and deployment.
Implement and maintain security data protection and compliance standards.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability across both client and server components.
Collaborate closely with product managers designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality user-centered solutions.
Participate in code reviews mentoring and knowledge sharing to promote team learning and consistency.
Stay current with emerging technologies AI development tools and software practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in full stack development with proficiency in:
- Front-end: React TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and related tooling (Webpack Vite etc.)
- Back-end: (Express NestJS or similar)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with databases relational (PostgreSQL MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB Redis).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines automated testing frameworks and DevOps best practices.
Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code GitHub Copilot Replit AI) to streamline development improve productivity and enhance code quality.
Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and scalability principles.
Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Exposure to AI model integration LLM APIs or AI-based application features.
Knowledge of testing libraries like Playwright Jest or Cypress.
Prior experience contributing to open-source projects or using AI-assisted code generation tools in production environments.
