About the role:

We are seeking experienced and highly skilledClinical Nurses(CNs) to join our dynamic team across several specialities at St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba. This permanent position requires strong clinical leadership advanced specialty skills and a commitment to excellence.

Clinical Nurse Rehabilitation

This role supports the effective coordination of patient flow for rehabilitation patients toward the cost effective delivery of high quality customer focused and patient centred care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant specialty
Current FIM credential through AROC

St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as aRegistered Nurse
Prior experiencein a Rehabilitation setting
Effectivecommunication skillsat all levels enabling you to achieve best practice
Recent experience in the speciality area you are interested in applying for andappropriate qualificationsand registration.
Ability to work autonomously whilst being able to also work within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
