The Opportunity
This Outstanding Hampshire school is seeking a versatile Site Caretaker. Supporting both the Primary and Secondary phases of the school you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for a large modern campus. This role offers significant variety ranging from day-to-day porterage to strategic site-improvement projects.
Core Responsibilities
Porterage & Logistics: Handling deliveries moving furniture for exams or events and ensuring the efficient distribution of school supplies.
Environmental Management: Managing the schools heating and lighting systems (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency and comfort.
Cleaning Supervision: Monitoring the standards of the contract cleaning team and ensuring all areas are prepared for the start of the school day.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: A background in site security or facilities maintenance. Proficiency in using digital systems for logging maintenance requests.
Salary: Competitive salary paid on the national local government scale.
