Job Summary
A nurturing early year setting in Oxford is seeking a passionate Nursery Teacher to support children in the early stages of their education. This role focuses on providing a safe engaging and stimulating learning environment.
You will play a vital role in supporting childrens early development and preparing them for transition into Reception.
Key duties include:
Delivering the EYFS curriculum
Supporting early language and social development
Creating engaging learning activities
Observing and assessing progress
Working closely with families and staff
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
QTS with EYFS experience
Strong understanding of early years practice
Warm and nurturing approach
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding
