Role Overview
We are looking for an Aerospace Quality Engineer for one of our clients in Taufkirchen (Greater Munich) Germany. Our client is a well-known Aerospace manufacturing firm who enables missions to Mars with advanced carbon solutions; bring full-cycle composite manufacturing to space applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate aerospace quality requirements into robust process controls across development & production
Plan and implement QA measures for composite high-pressure tank manufacturing
Conduct risk assessments (FMEA control plans) and drive root-cause analysis & corrective actions
Monitor manufacturing processes ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Prepare execute and support internal & external quality audits; maintain audit-ready documentation
Collaborate closely with Production Testing & Engineering teams to improve yield and reduce failures
Report quality metrics and champion continuous-improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
Must-Have:
3 years Quality Planning & Risk Management in manufacturing (preferably aerospace/composites)
Degree in engineering quality management production engineering or comparable qualification.
Knowledge of relevant quality standards and their practical implementation as well as experience with ISO 9001
Strong analytical thinking & root-cause analysis skills
Process & manufacturing know-how with clear understanding of risk potential
Proficient in German and English (min. B2 --> C1 in both is preferred!)

Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant quality engineering experience
Education: University degree required (engineering or related)
Specific Tools/Technologies: Risk analysis methods (FMEA 8D) QA documentation general manufacturing QC tools; composites knowledge advantageous
