Tasks
Bookkeeping and Accounting (70%)
- Ensure our bookkeeping is accurate timely and compliant including taking care of receipts and travel logs.
- Lead one external employee for receipt collection.
- Coordinate external accounting/tax advisors.
- Process payments and team procurement requests.
- Control of international taxes (OSS)
- Establish and lead Accounting Processes (SOPs)
People and Office Operations (30%)
- Manage employee contracts time tracking and vacation requests.
- Calculate and submit monthly salaries.
- Handle general team inquiries and small day-to-day requests.
- Handle miscellaneous bureaucratic tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Establish and lead HR Processes (SOPs)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
