As part of the Verve Group acardo is expanding its offering into a holistic Retail Media & Shopper Activation platform combining promotions in-store media DOOH and data-driven media activation across the full shopper journey.

As Key Account Manager Pharma you own and grow strategic OTC and pharmacy client relationships across our Retail Media & Shopper Activation ecosystem.

You act as a trusted advisor to leading pharma brands translating their marketing and trade objectives into high-performing media and promotion strategies - from concept to execution to measurable revenue impact.

You are commercially accountable for expanding existing partnerships unlocking new budgets and positioning acardo as the go-to activation partner in the pharmacy and OTC landscape.

This role combines strategic consulting revenue responsibility and hands-on campaign orchestration in a fast-growing retail media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consulting and sales meetings (with a focus on OTC business)

  • Support and develop relationships with existing clients

  • Acquire new clients

  • Work independently in an organized and structured manner

  • Set up campaigns and coordinate with internal departments

  • Coordinate with external partners (print companies media partners cooperations)

  • Manage proposals client budgets and billing processes

Job requirements

  • Whether you already have several years of experience or are at the beginning of your career: we are looking for motivated talents in the pharmaceutical/pharmacy sector particularly in marketing and sales including the development and management of client campaigns account management and new client acquisition

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales or a comparable field of study

  • Experience in developing digital campaigns

  • Strong negotiation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Fluent German and English both written and spoken

  • Independent and responsible working style strong goal orientation and good numerical understanding

  • Self-driven proactive and structured approach to work with a clear focus on day-to-day operations
