Aufgaben

Your tasks this is what awaits you in detail

• You act not just as a tool provider but as a proactive partner to development teams identifying user needs and priorities and delivering value-driven solutions that improve team efficiency
• Our team takes responsibility for some critical Platform services including GitLab Vault and Datadog. With your team you ensure that these systems are always up-to-date and secure
• Your mission is to make the use of our Platform as simple and seamless as possible for our developers. E.g. our team is going to deliver Backstage as a single point of entry for our developers and allow them to investigate the Platform capabilities
• You actively contribute to custom features implementation in Go and Typescript based on the users needs
• By making systems observable and providing clear guidelines and training you enable Platform and Product teams to make confident fast decisions and for example reduce Mean Time To Detect (MTTD)

Profil

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have great experience in application development (Go or Typescript) and understand distributed systems design
• You know how to build qualitative and easy-to-maintain software and you can support our development teams by digging into their code and understand what they are aiming for
• You have a solid understanding of infrastructure components (Terraform Ansible Helm Kubernetes) and CI/CD flows. You are able to maintain and upgrade critical system components
• You favor simple high-impact solutions avoid overengineering and deliver tailored increments that meet real developer needs
• You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment
