Job Summary

Were looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to contracts invoices and payments. This is a fully remote role with a company headquartered in Munich Germany. Business-level English is essential and a good understanding of German is required.

Tasks

  • Manage and maintain customer contract and billing data across systems.
  • Oversee approximately 250 outgoing invoices per month (e.g. via Easybill).
  • Handle contracts contract changes and cancellations.
  • Monitor incoming payments via bank and payment providers (e.g. Stripe) and assign them correctly.
  • Spot missing or delayed payments and follow up proactively.
  • Handle payment follow-ups in a professional friendly and solution-oriented way with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with external accounting and tax advisors.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of finance billing and CRM tools.
  • Maintain a clear reliable contract and billing database.

Requirements

  • Experience. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in finance operations billing preferably in a B2B setup.
  • Process & Precision. Highly structured detail-oriented and accountable for data accuracy invoicing and on-time payments.
  • Tools & Systems. High confidence working with CRM billing and payment tools is a must. Experience with HubSpot Easybill Agicap Stripe or similar systems is strongly preferred.
  • Contracts & Payments. Solid understanding of commercial contracts invoicing logic and payment flows including recurring billing and service periods.
  • Customer Communication. Professional friendly and solution-oriented communication with customers on payment topics.
  • Tax & Compliance. Familiarity with German and EU tax requirements.
  • Languages. Business-fluent English and German (C1 level).
  • Education. A bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or similar.
  • Remote Readiness. Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership.
