Position Summary:
The Lead ERP Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance will serve as the primary resource for supporting financial modules within the organizations ERP ecosystem. This role combines functional expertise in finance processes with technical proficiency in D365 Finance and Operations. The individual will lead troubleshooting configuration and optimization efforts ensuring system stability and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams this position plays a critical role in driving efficiency and compliance across financial operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead support resource for D365 Finance modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Budgeting and Financial Reporting.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for functional and technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements configure solutions and implement enhancements.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.
- Oversee system updates patches and deployments using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Support integrations with other systems and ensure data integrity across financial workflows.
- Train and mentor junior support team members on finance-related ERP functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including GL AP AR budgeting and compliance.
- Technical proficiency in SQL Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate) and data migration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for ERP deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with D365 Supply Chain Management and Operations Activity modules.
- Familiarity with API integrations and customizations within D365.
- Knowledge of security roles and user management in Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and Azure services.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
