Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS/BI strategies.- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of VIS/BI advancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Strong understanding of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for VIS/BI initiatives.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
