Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PAM / IAM Engineer with strong operational support and business analysis capabilities in enterprise IT environments. The role requires deep expertise in identity access and secrets management across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory Entra ID and IGA platforms
5 years of experience in enterprise IT operational support
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and CMDB
Strong proficiency in PowerShell KQL and SQL
Solid understanding of SSO and MFA technologies and integrations
Expert-level knowledge of PAM for OS-level administrative access (Windows & Linux)

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for PAM IAM and Secrets Management platforms
Perform business analysis activities including requirements gathering and process modelling
Work within agile methodologies to deliver secure access solutions
Manage and optimize Active Directory Entra ID and IGA platforms
Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and risk management requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear documentation and communication

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Secrets Management solutions such as:
- Azure Key Vault
- AWS Secrets Manager
- HashiCorp Vault
Knowledge of certification management PKI and cryptographic operations
Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and platform services (VMs Key Vault RBAC networking)
