Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Deployment Lead (Finance) to lead end-to-end deployment activities for Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Finance implementations. The Deployment Lead will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing finance module deployments across environments and business units ensuring smooth cutover data readiness and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Finance deployment and cutover activities across multiple environments (DEV TEST UAT PROD).
Own the deployment strategy rollout plan and execution for Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules.
Coordinate with Finance functional technical data migration and testing teams to ensure deployment readiness.
Manage cutover planning mock cutovers and production go-live activities.
Ensure data migration readiness reconciliation and validation in coordination with data teams.
Oversee deployment of Oracle Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
Monitor deployment risks dependencies and issues; drive resolution and escalation as needed.
Prepare and maintain deployment runbooks checklists and status reports.
Support post-go-live stabilization issue triage and hypercare activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for Finance deployment governance and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Finance modules.
Proven experience leading Oracle Finance deployments and cutovers.
Hands-on knowledge of data migration processes reconciliation and financial controls.
Experience coordinating cross-functional and offshore teams.
Strong understanding of financial close period-end processes and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with global rollouts or multi-entity deployments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Finance certification(s).
Experience with Oracle EBS to Cloud migration.
Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT UAT) release management and change management.
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Excellent planning documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deployments.
