Lead Maintenance

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Maintenance position has the responsibility to work safely maintain a positive attitude be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product. The Lead Maintenance role provides guidance support and motivation to their staff manages conflict monitors process represents their team and trains outfitters to ensure tasks are being performed accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists the supervisor to help manage guide coach and adjust to accomplish goals.
• Trains outfitters to ensure outfitters are trained and follow safety requirements.
• Completes work of PLC Controlled Systems.
• Completes work of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs simple and complex pneumatic systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance as required.
• Troubleshoots and repairs 120V and 480V 3-PH Electrical Systems.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred Degree: Trade Tech or Vocational Education in Industrial Maintenance (if applicable)
• Years of experience: 3 to 5 years

• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.

  Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Sound knowledge of 480V 3 PH Electrical Circuits
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
• Basic understanding of PLC operation
• Be able to troubleshoot and Repair 120V and 480V 3-PH Electrical Systems
• Be able to troubleshoot and repair simple and complex pneumatic systems
• Be capable of repairing and maintaining building systems

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

• Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
