Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Deployment Lead (SCM) to lead end-to-end deployment and cutover activities for Oracle SCM Cloud / Fusion SCM implementations. The role requires strong functional SCM knowledge combined with hands-on experience managing deployments coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth go-live and post-deployment stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle SCM deployment cutover and go-live activities across multiple environments (DEV TEST UAT PROD).
Own the deployment strategy rollout plan and execution for Oracle SCM modules.
Coordinate closely with SCM functional technical data migration testing and business teams.
Plan and execute cutover activities mock cutovers and production go-live.
Ensure data migration readiness validation and reconciliation for SCM data.
Oversee deployment of Oracle SCM modules including:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement (Purchasing iSupplier)
- Order Management
- Supply Planning / Demand Planning
- Manufacturing / BOM / WIP (as applicable)
Identify and manage deployment risks dependencies and issues driving timely resolution.
Develop and maintain deployment runbooks checklists schedules and status reports.
Support post-go-live stabilization hypercare and issue triage.
Act as the primary point of contact for SCM deployment governance and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud / Fusion SCM.
Proven experience as a Deployment Lead / Cutover Lead for Oracle SCM implementations.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience with data migration and conversion for SCM modules.
Ability to manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle SCM Cloud certifications.
Experience with Oracle EBS to SCM Cloud migration.
Knowledge of testing cycles (SIT UAT) release management and change management.
Experience in global or multi-org SCM rollouts.
