Job Summary

LPN/LVN Start Date (or range): ASAP Assignment Length: 13 WEEKS Floating Required: Per facility needs Shift: 3X12s Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; Every other holiday Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Recent Experience Required: Yes within the past year Required Skills / Competencies: MS/Tele Interpretation of dysrhythmias management of dysrhythmias Use of Rapid Response/Code teams Peripheral Line Care/Management Nasal Cannula Oxygen administration Oxygen tanks non-invasive airway management Isolation precaution License Required: NY State License Certifications Required: ACLS BLS NIHSS All RTO must be on submittal. Any RTO AFTER offer will NOT be approved. It will be the travelers responsibility to have any additional shifts covered. Call-Off Policy: 3 Shifts per 13 Week Assignment Automatic Disqualifiers: No Hits On Nursing License Approved If your traveler does not have a NY License they can still be submitted if they applied for the license. When submitted your team will need to provide the date the application was submitted.
