Job Summary
ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. **Must have experience in ortho general surgery urology ENT plastics vascular GYN Avon Hospital OR RN Day shift 4 - 10 hour shifts 7am-530pm; Monday-Saturday variable Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience. Must have 18 months perm OR experience PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS required *ONE recent reference from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted! Traveler must work at least every other holiday ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
