Job Summary:
The Programmer 4 role involves assisting the DAFS Datawarehouse team with the OMS ReFRAME and DAFS Analytics projects while also providing support for existing production environments. The resource will be responsible for preparing detailed design specifications maintaining systems resolving system problems developing systems using various languages and tools diagnosing application software problems and performing complex programming assignments. The role requires a customer-focused approach familiarity with shared team development environments and the ability to work in an Oracle Cloud environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design specifications for complex systems.
- Maintain assigned systems and resolve system problems.
- Develop systems using 3GLs 4GLs enterprise application development tools system utilities and project management tools.
- Diagnose and isolate complex application software problems and implement effective solutions.
- Design and develop subroutines to support system development efforts.
- Perform complex programming assignments to meet user and business needs.
- Gather business requirements and create technical documentation.
- Perform software testing.
- Prepare detailed design specifications for complex systems.
- Maintain assigned systems and resolve system problems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse design and development principles.
- Understanding of the Kimball method and its application.
- Data Warehouse Structure and Application / Star Schema experience.
- Experience in an Oracle Cloud environment (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI).
