Oracle EBS HCM Functional Analyst
Location: Remote (Travel to Portland OR for key milestones)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Engagement: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale HCM transformation for a direct client. This role focuses on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management modules and requires deep experience supporting unionized environments.
Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to HCM processes.

Configure and support Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR OTL Workforce Structures).

Support union-related changes Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and complex business rules.
-
Work on salary ranges grade steps and workforce structures.
-
Partner with payroll benefits and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.

Provide functional guidance during testing deployment and post-go-live support.

Participate in key milestone meetings including on-site travel when required.
Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of Oracle EBS HCM Functional experience (Non-Cloud).

Strong experience supporting unionized organizations.

Expertise in workforce structures grades salary ranges and business units.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Native or near-native English proficiency (mandatory).
