Job Summary

Nice CXOne Architect

Deep knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco UCCE/UCCX platforms

Strong understanding of SIP VoIP telephony and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Experience with APIs middleware and enterprise system integrations.

Lead the design and implementation of the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone cloud solutions.

Define overall architecture ensuring scalability security and compliance

Design end-to-end NICE CXone architecture for enterprise contact center environments.

Map Cisco functionalities to NICE CXone modules ensuring feature parity.

Develop migration roadmap including phased cutover plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Define integration patterns for CRM WFM reporting and telephony systems.

Provide architectural guidance to developers and infrastructure engineers.

Review and approve solution designs scripts and integrations.

Salary Range- $100000-$120000 a year
