Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Project Manager with Airlines Experience
Job Location: Dallas TX- Hybrid
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Lead project planning activities including defining project scope objectives and deliverables Oversee project financial management including budgeting cost tracking and forecasting
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project goals with business objectives Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates
Support risk management processes by identifying assessing and mitigating project risks
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Mentor junior project staff and promote best practices in project execution

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering timelines resources and milestones
Manage project budgets including approval of expenditures and financial reporting
Ensure adherence to project governance policies and procedures
Coordinate with business units vendors and thirdparty partners to align project deliverables
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate decisionmaking processes to resolve project issues promptly
Ensure all project documentation is accurate complete and accessible
