Conduct functional regression and integration testing across Salesforce and
connected systems.
Maintain test documentation including test scripts execution reports and
traceability matrices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud functionality and customizations.
Hands-on experience with Provar Selenium and Copado for test automation.
Familiarity with Apex triggers Visualforce and Lightning components for debugging.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g.
Jira).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
