Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements for order sets.
- Facilitating workshops with healthcare providers.
- Analyzing use cases and business processes.
- Developing detailed design documentation.
- Creating business analysis documentation.
- Working within acute care Health Information Systems.
- Focusing on order sets within critical care and general medicine.
- Collaborating with project team members subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Multi-tasking and supporting multiple project streams.
- Gathering requirements for order sets.
- Facilitating workshops with healthcare providers.
- Analyzing use cases and business processes.
- Developing detailed design documentation.
- Creating business analysis documentation.
- Working within acute care Health Information Systems.
- Focusing on order sets within critical care and general medicine.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- University Degree in Healthcare Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on order sets in an HER/CIS implementation.
- 1 years of experience working within acute care Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) specific to order sets focusing on critical care and general medicine.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst on health information systems/CIS implementation projects with direct involvement in order sets.
- University Degree in Healthcare Business Administration or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on order sets in an HER/CIS implementation.
- 1 years of experience working within acute care Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) specific to order sets focusing on critical care and general medicine.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Clinical Informatics Analyst on health information systems/CIS implementation projects with direct involvement in order sets.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst focused on order sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication facilitation and presentation skills in French and English.
- 3 years of experience in leading workshops with healthcare providers.
- 5 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction and strong interpersonal skills.
- 5 years of experience demonstrating the ability to multi-task.
- 5 years of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- 2 years of experience using Atlassians JIRA software.
- Previous experience working within public health authorities.
- 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst focused on order sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication facilitation and presentation skills in French and English.
- 3 years of experience in leading workshops with healthcare providers.
- 5 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction and strong interpersonal skills.
