JOB TITLE: Environmental Stress Test Technician
LOCATION: Oldsmar FL
PAY RATE: $26/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift Hours: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM EST with weekend overtime available (3:30 PM 2:00 AM)

Summary:

Perform ESS testing on CCAs and subassemblies according to written instructions schematics and engineering drawings.
Operate vibration and thermal test equipment safely and efficiently.
Record compile and report test data in prescribed formats.
Apply a variety of test methods and equipment used for stress screening.
Maintain good organization of test area and associated documentation.
Multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

1 2 years of experience with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) testing.
Ability to read and interpret schematics engineering drawings and written instructions.
Experience with vibration and thermal test equipment.
Knowledge of various test equipment and methods used for stress screening.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Electronic testing experience (< 1 year) is a plus.
Physical verification experience required (1 2 years).
Strong soft skills including multitasking and effective communication.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
