Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee civil and water/wastewater construction projects valued between $10M $20M. The ideal candidate will ensure project safety quality profitability and on-time delivery while effectively leading cross-functional teams.

Typical range: $100K $120K
Exceptional candidates with extensive project experience or specialized credentials may be eligible for higher compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall project delivery including schedule budget and safety compliance
Lead cross-functional teams subcontractors and vendors
Oversee cost controls invoicing cash flow management and reporting
Ensure adherence to project documents quality standards and regulatory requirements
Mentor project staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals

Minimum Qualifications

5 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
Proven experience in water/wastewater and civil construction projects
Strong financial acumen scheduling expertise and project controls skills
OSHA certification required
Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
