Requirements :
- 12 months experience working within the health and human services environment on quality improvement efforts.
- 12 months experience providing users with computer technical support.
- 12 months experience with use of software to collect filter process create and distribute data.
- 12 months experience creating flow diagrams structure charts and other types of system or process representations.
- 12 months experience with collecting and analyzing data to support the implementation of an automated service system.
- 12 months experience with use of SQL.
- 12 months experience working with organization to inform and improve business process improvements.
