Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred not required.
Minimum of 7 10 years experience in project management with progressively increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale or multi-site construction projects.
Valid North Carolina Drivers License.
Physical Requirements:

The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple or complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Senior PM leads cross-functional teams fosters client relationships mentors junior staff and contributes to organizational growth through operational excellence and business development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead pre-construction planning with internal teams and Estimators to align project scope schedule and budget with company goals.
Develop implement and maintain master project schedules; proactively identify and resolve delays and risks.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients consultants contractors and internal stakeholders; ensure exceptional client experience throughout project lifecycle.
Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements; ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Direct day-to-day construction operations including resource allocation labor management procurement cost control and logistics planning.
Conduct high-level project reviews monitor KPIs and generate executive-level reports for internal and client distribution.
Manage change orders RFIs and submittals ensuring thorough documentation and timely execution.
Champion job site safety enforce OSHA and company safety policies and promote a culture of zero incidents.
Monitor and manage project financials; oversee forecasting job cost reporting and profit margin analysis.
Represent the company with external stakeholders including clients regulatory agencies vendors and community partners.
Mentor and coach Project Managers Assistant PMs and other field staff; support professional development across teams.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives manpower forecasting and continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in contract negotiations and project pursuits; assist with proposal development and client presentations.
Ensure company policies procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
Uphold confidentiality and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
