Experience Level Requested (in years): 2Job Description: The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process from labor and delivery to immediate recovery and postpartum care. Key responsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being administering medications coaching patients through labor assisting during delivery and educating families on infant care. Needs to be comfortable in the OR setting and act as baby RN. Burdett follows an LDRP model level 1 with special care nursery. St. Peter s Hospital aligns as a level 3.
